Implement and Manage S&OP process, organized and led demand planning, supply planning meetings with sales and Executive S&OP meeting. Member a regional inventory team with focus in improves inventory rotations and reduction of inventory. In this charge was support to all LAR region in different things relationed to Inventory management as implementation of inventory planning model to LAR, ddefinition and implementation of inventory procedures and controls, perform inventory audits, physical inventory.
