      Led 35- person Quote o Cash in Latin America. In charge to improve Cash Flow, with focus in reduction in DSO/LD in region, reviewing and implementing continuous improvement in Quote to Cash process Led 50-person supply chain and back office function team. Support over $196M in revenue. Managing the Operational Support areas that include: Quote to cash, Procurement, Quality Assurance, International and Domestic Logistics, Hazard Product and Licenses, Facility and warehouse administration and Social Relations with the communities Led 200-person supply chain and back office function team. Support over $875M in revenue in 4 countries. Implemented a new organizative structure through the concentration of different support areas for 4 countries (Quote to cash, Procurement, Inventory and Asset Management, Quality Assurance, International and Domestic Logistics, Hazard Product and Licenses, Facility and warehouse administration) with focus in improve profitability and optimizations of the resources Managing the budget of 16 facilities to Ecuador, Colombia and Peru ~ 11MM and a CAPEX ~ 20M.Designed and implemented to Andean the Facility management structure.Consolidate main vendors by country, generating efficiency, control and cost savings.Stablish maintenance routines and centralized vendors to control the facility and M&E maintenance. Responsible for the Production Plant and the Service Center Operation in QuitoManage a 50 people organization, including inventory planning, domestic logistic, production control (assembly / disassembly and recovery), warehouses, quality control, quality assurance and reliability. In charge of planning and purchasing of inventory according ALS demands in Ecuador. Oversee $16M in inventory. Implement inventory planning model for Artificial Lift Ecuador.Defined product offering based on technical – economic analysis to AL Ecuador. Implement and Manage S&OP process, organized and led demand planning, supply planning meetings with sales and Executive S&OP meeting. Member a regional inventory team with focus in improves inventory rotations and reduction of inventory. In this charge was support to all LAR region in different things relationed to Inventory management as implementation of inventory planning model to LAR, ddefinition and implementation of inventory procedures and controls, perform inventory audits, physical inventory.
