  I was the Office Manager for the Part Sales Division for Zenith Electronics. Supervise the Export Clerk by making sure the correct documentation was prepared for the Exporting of parts out of the Country. Supervise the Payroll Clerk to ensure the Hourly Employees received the correct time worked and bonus made per the bonus sheets and time cards we received each week from their Supervisors. Responsible for our Domestic and International Distributors parts order sheet were processed to the right department for the filling, packing, and shipping of such parts in a timely manner. I was also responsible for order status when customer service called me to locate a specific order and its status. Record keeping of any orders sent by UPS carrier and the typing and preparing Bills of Lading for our many trucking carriers. And making sure the order sheets were sent properly to computer process departments for proper billing and or back ordering of the parts. Show less
