My duties included organising close down tasks, running staff breaks, dealing with customer complaints, training new employees and serving customers. The role developed my team working skills further, as team work was essential for the business to be run efficiently and gave me some experience in small scale management of staff. Further to this, I have gained an appreciation for making sure the customer's needs are met to the best of the team's abilities.
