  Medical Record Data Administration Intern

  I secured an internship at a Medical Record Department, Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, where I was tasked with daily data administration, data processing tasks, data visualization and research projects. I challenged myself to quickly adapt with the various backgrounds of individuals and to quickly embrace new knowledge based on medical record-related issues. Before I begin any tasks there, I always study them first in order to come up with a creative and smarter way of doing work or to quickly catch things easily. As a result, I always completed my tasks in a more organized and shorter period. The list of the tasks done during the internship are as follows: - Assisted the management team in doing deployment of data, administration tasks and patient’s medical record management. - Helped the staff in handling end-to-end data procession issues that occurred when using Excel. - Assisted a few projects where I used the Pivot table and Pivot Chart in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.- Applied in-depth multiple regression analysis on audit performance analysis and KPI analysis. - Assisted the management team in developing graphs and dashboards using Power BI software which in result increased 10% efficiency in information delivery and data management. - Assisted in preparing a detailed analysis summary of the presentation for monthly meetings.- Greeted and guided the patients or any individuals in their application for medical records either for insurance, health checkup, police or court purposes.
