      Manage a maintenance team. Motivate and task members of my team to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance task. Manage work orders with the use of SAP. Keep track of outstanding scheduled work orders and work with operations to schedule time to complete those work orders. Attend daily meeting to discus priority issues with equipment and priorities maintenance task that directly affect efficiency,Mentor and assist members of my team with troubleshooting and repairs.
