  1. To design, coordination, supervision, implementation etc of Electrical & Mechanical Building Services.2. To attend all projects meetings.3. Assist Project Team Leader to prepare the preliminary design drawings for the project & Design concepts and cost estimation, technical interfacing & in contract administration.4. Developing the schematic design drawings upon approval of theproposals by either the relevant authority or the client.5. Managing and tendering M&E contracts and preparing relevant documents, drawings, specifications, calculation and other.6. To ensure timely implementation of all project phases.7. To report to Project Team Leader on status of Projects8. Testing and Commissioning.9. Assign and coordinate works with Drafters, Designers, Engineers, Clerk of Works (if any)10. Plan & schedule engineering works and projects to assist Project Team Leader.11. Attending all necessary meetings / discussions with the Sub-Contractor and site progress meetings12. Liaise with relevant authority and client on approval of the proposal and design concept.13. Assist Project Team Leader to review the evaluation of tenders, conduct tender clarification meetings & prepare of evaluation reports14. Assist Project Team Leader to advise the client as to the suitability for carrying our the works of the persons, firms or companies tendering.15.
