  As Art Director, I’m part of the creative process from start to finish, being involved in brainstorming new campaigns and concepts and executing on them. I see project through the phases of production, edits and final implementation. When I’m not executing myself, I review and approve work we get done externally - copy, design, video, illustration and photography. In the day-to-day life, I’m the one who ensures that our visual identity is kept across all platforms and markets.- Develop the overall look and style of our publications and marketing material.- Conceptualize campaign visuals: See them through brainstorming and production to launch and implementation.- Photo and video shoots: Planning, coordination, execution and post-production.- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and videos produced by external collaborators.- Create standards and templates for content production, newsletters, social media posts and more. Show less Areas of responsibility include:• Online advertising: I produce display ads, image ads and video ads - often in several formats and in different languages for distribution all over Europe. • Print: I design and set up promotional material, including brochures, product folders, magazine ads and more.• Product management: Design of product spec sheets, communication with production companies. Design of packaging, hang tags, product labels, et.al.• I instruct photographers and videographers on video shoots + deal with the post-production of video material shot in-house by editing, color grading, stabilizing & correcting the footage.• Web design: I set up new content pages, handle product pages and product pictures. I make wireframes and mock-ups of new pages on the webshop + work closely with developers to see them realized. Show less
