      1. Managing Application Support for Account services in NAM/LATAM and handling 2 day onboarding issues with respective to Esuite applications 2. Prepared FORT(Fail Over resiliency Test Guide ) in TTS space so the PS team can update the FORT testing proper format in their areas3.
