Monitor the progress, status and closure of non-conformance reports raised.8.Monitor, control, implement and execute with relevant personnel for problem and trouble shooting and ensuring records to be properly documented and maintained.9.Perform process audit in area of QC processes ensuring requirement of Quality Manual is implemented and maintained.10.Review purchase products in area of incoming section certificates, etc and ensuring product specifications are met.11.Conduct supplier critical assessment based on the risk matrix and performance collection data and plan annual audit plan accordingly.12.Perform supplier audit based on the evaluation and re-evaluation audit plan in supplier ensuring requirement of Quality Manual is implemented and maintained.
