      Franklin Square History

I started as a licensed Stationary Engineer and then became Maintenance Manager in 1985 and Assistant Director of Facilities in 1991. In 1996 Medstar changed my title to Plant Supervisor but I kept all the responsibilities I have had since 1991. On February 1, 2014 I retired from Medstar and started working for CBRE. My responsibilities remain similar to the past, but I am more involved in Building Infrastructure and utility ties during projects as well as regulatory issues.
