  Barracks Women Economic Empowerment Programme (BWEEP) is an offshoot of our Women Hands-on initiatives which was unveiled on March 08, 2018 for wives (both senior and junior officers) of military and paramilitary across 15 organizations in commemeration of the United Nations International Women's Day. BWEEP is aimed at engaging barracks women in agricultural development and food production by setting up cluster farms in different value chains and also setting up multipurpose co-operative society for them to enable the women have access to finance.Not oblivious of the place of access to finance in agricultural development and food production, so far, we have successfully registered Immigration Officers Wives Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society Ltd and Nigerian Army Soldiers Wives Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society Ltd...registration is still on for other military and paramilitary organisations so that they can key into agricultural products available to Co-operative Societies at the Bank of Industry, Central Bank of Nigeria, Bank of Agriculture and other financial institutions.
