      I teach a course in Personal Selling and am developing a course in Strategic Branding as part of the Entrepreneurship Program. My research focuses on consumer-brand relationships, branding strategies for nontraditional organizations, retail consumer affect, and social media marketing. I research brand relationships, retail atmospherics, consumer experiences, and consumer well-being. I am the co-director of the Market Intelligence Lab and Observatory (MILO), a biometric business research lab in the College of Business at Mississippi State University. I am also the Nancy Allen Inclusion & Diversity Fellow and the Inclusion & Diversity Officer for the College of Business. I am also a co-founder of the Institute for Brands and Brand Relationships. In my spare time, I love movies.
