      • Leading the Health & Nutrition program with a team of 10 staff, managing an annual budget exceeding $5 million US. Providing matrix management support to cross-sectoral teams including Supply, T4D, and SBC for health systems strengthening.• Catalyzed and championed new critical, cross-sector programs for children on climate change impact, mental health, and injury prevention. Supported Government in conducting its first Children's Environment Health country assessment and Children's Climate Risk Index, elevating climate policy discourse and actions with evidence and learning.• Working with Government, WASH, Supply, RO, PG Health, and SD to fortify climate-resilient primary health care; introducing innovative technologies (e.g health care waste management, solarization, oxygen plant-in-a-box, digital health) and integrating supply chain strengthening in primary health care, through immunization, nutrition, and newborn care program entry-points.• Led UNICEF's efforts in Cambodia's COVID-19 response; achieving high vaccination and routine immunization rates, establishing nationwide capacity on ultra-cold chain, HPV vaccine introduction, and securing substantial funding under Gavi HSS3.• Advanced nutrition and food systems policy; joint advocacy and evidence contributed to doubling the size of national maternal and child cash transfers, sustained Government financing of RUTF and inclusion of local RUTF in the national essential medicines list.• Mentored and positively shifted the mind-set of colleagues by fostering engagement & learning in new program areas, facilitated career development opportunities, enhanced their skills; credited with driving team development & overall program success.• Mobilized major funding for the Health & Nutrition program and enhanced CO expertise in T4D, SBC, supply chain systems strengthening, gender and ADAP for more integrated public health approaches. Documented program lessons and impact, utilizing knowledge management to inform strategies & decisions.· Established a collaborative initiative between UNICEF and Ready-Made Garment Factory companies to enhance child nutrition in urban poor communities. Conceptualised the 'Mothers@Work' program, which provided insights to UNICEF’s corporate partnerships strategy.· Increased the percentage of health facilities reporting on nutrition supplies and service coverage from 10% to 75% within a year by supporting Government to implement a new health systems strengthening model involving the establishment of district-level nutrition officers and effective data tools. This led to the inclusion of Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) in the Ministry of Health's essential medicines list.· Provided crucial support to UNICEF's emergency response during the Horn of Africa crisis in 2011, as part of regional nutrition surge capacity in Somalia for 4 months; led establishment of 2 cross-border feeding centres & distribution of nutrition equipment & commodities for 200,000 children.· Worked closely with the Representative to facilitate high-profile meetings & partnerships with UN agencies, the EU, and the World Bank; jointly supported Government's first national forum on Food Security & Nutrition which led to the country becoming a new member of the Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) global movement.
