  Duties and responsibilities :- Maintain the consistency of the 5Rs (Concise, Neat, Clean, Careful, Diligent) so that the warehouse is always clean and tidy.- Monitor incoming goods according to orders from the PPIC Supply Chain team.- Monitor outgoing goods according to customer requests.- Ensure that the process of receiving and releasing goods in the warehouse runs with FIFO and FEFO.- Scheduling and organizing workers on duty such as operators, checkers, helpers and loading and unloading workers is running well.- Create categories for types of goods, item status and grading of goods, including fast moving goods, slow moving goods and goods that are no longer moving (dead stock).- Monitoring the use of warehouse work tools such as; Scales, goods lifts, forklifts, pallet movers, stackers and trolleys.- Supervision of Cold Storage (Frozen Food) and Dry Storage (Dry Goods), especially at room temperature, must be consistent according to the SOP.- Monitor incoming SKUs from the production area to the finished goods warehouse.- Supervise the warehouse team work desk according to gate and department.- Carrying out internal warehouse stock taking including daily, weekly and monthly stock taking with good results.- Carry out external stock taking which is carried out once a year.- Ensure that all transactions are recorded and documented properly.- Make a report on the use of the Petty Cash Warehouse.- Make reports on the use of water, electricity and rental items from vendors for the warehouse.- Create warehouse productivity reports in both data and visual form.- Make reports on all maintenance in the warehouse.- Solve problems wisely if problems occur.- Coordinate with the Maintenance, PPIC, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
