      As a Multi-Screen Video Platform, Switch Media design, develop and deliver tailored OTT video solutions for a superior Live and Catch-Up viewing experience – anywhere, any time, on any device.My role at Switch Media involves ownership of the Advertising Technology business unit, in particular our Dynamic Ad Insertion product AdEase.- Making sure that our Server Side Ad Insertion solution is tech agnostic and can seamlessly integrate with other advertising and video delivery technologies to support all platforms for user experience and monetisation.- Working with and developing strategic partnerships with complimentary technologies through proof of concept, certification and custom integrations- Listening to the challenges of Broadcasters, Publishers and Media owners, consulting with them on options to address challenges, identify and improve their business through monetisation optimisation.- Develop market strategies and collateral to help educate and create an established brand in market for AdEase (Dynamic Ad Insertion)- Hyper collaboration with all parts of the Switch business to ensure product development is constant and that our product is ever evolving in market.- Setting roadmap, growth plans and projects of work to support customer needs which are determined via customer councils, feedback and data.
