      In this role I oversaw the management of international workers and the strategic expansion of operations abroad. My responsibilities required me to establish and manage our offshore office, supervising over 40 onsite personnel across three internal departments. During this time, I hired the first employees and expanded the team to over 60 individuals in three countries working in various roles across 8 different departments, encompassing both internal and client-facing positions.
