      KOMATSU Line FOL Blank rejection system improvement for Safety FORD MOTOR Corp kesä 2017 KOMATSU Line FOL Blank rejection system improvement for Safety. Rejected blanks get collected in rejection basket & to dispose the rejected blanks, manual blank disposal is carried this is safety risk activity(handling sheet metal in manual process). Eliminated the rejection basket, provided scrap trolley setup, where the rejected blanks get directly dropped in the trolley. Resulted complete automatic process, no manual operation. Improved safety.
