  I was in charge of architecture team development for china engine project. Starting with 3 engineers, I developed the team up to 20 engineers.We worked on the development of 2 natural aspirated gasoline engines. I had to recruit local engineers for each subsystems, to trained them, organize the team, negotiate the jobshare with headquarters and JV partners.This work need communication skills, leadership, lean management talent searching and a lot of adaptation to match French and Chinese culture.   Programs | Operations | Engineering | Business development | Strategy I lead the strategic move of SAFRAN landing systems on additive manufacturing technology from technical perspectives to business development. My role is to promote and coordinate innovation projects in order to be introduce in mass production leveraging weight and cost savings on our future products I was in charge of leading the technical development of a unique diesel engine (SR series) for aircraft ( Cessna 182). My engagement was primarly to ensure certification of engine variantes and also to solve technical issues on the field to guaranty flight safety of our customers. I also had a role in strategic development of the company with our potential customers and partners. I Lead the development of a unique engine able of 160KW/L competing with gas turine of 1000 HP. HPD (High Power density) engine has a similar power ratio as a turbine. Integration studies have been performed on different candidates (APU, helicopter, aircrafts). The concept is patented by SAFRAN.
