  As the project manager for the procurement application, I was tasked with overseeing the development and delivery of the application, while also managing a team of 10 individuals consisting of developers and testers. My main objective was to ensure that the team worked collaboratively and efficiently to deliver the application within the set timelines and budget.As the project manager, I was responsible for defining the project scope and objectives, developing a detailed project plan, and allocating resources effectively. Additionally, I monitored project progress, identified and mitigated risks, and resolved any issues that arose during the development process. It was my responsibility to ensure that the procurement application met the client's requirements, adhering to relevant regulations and standards, and was delivered within the agreed-upon budget and timeline.My responsibilities as the project manager also included setting project timelines and budgets, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating with the development team, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. I managed the project schedule, ensured that project milestones were met on time, and promptly addressed any deviations.
