  راهبری و هدایت عملیات از مقطع ساخت و نصب تا رسیدن به مراحل پیش راه اندازی، راه اندازی و استارت آپ در یک واحد پتروپالایش میعانات گازی به منظور تولید گازوئیل، سوخت جت، نفتا و گاز مایع. این تیم راه اندازی با الگو برداری از متد اوپرکام و بهره گیری از سیستم یکپارچه پیگیری از ابتدایی ترین مراحل پروژه تا استارتاپ موسوم به سیستم ICAPS همراه با تمامی فعالیتهای مهندسی در همه دیسیپلین ها اعم از تهیه دستورالعملهای مورد نیاز در کلیه مراحل اشاره شده در فوق، تهیه جداول برنامه های زمانبندی و عملیاتی براساس احجام و ترتیب صحیح چیدمان سیستم ها و ساب سیستم های تعریف شده و کنترل تمامی مراحل ساخت و نصب تا استارت آپ مطابق با این جداول.اجرای عملیات با توجه به مراتب فوق موجب میگردد که همه ارکان پروژه همراستا با یکدیگر در جهت نیل به اهداف پروژه که همانا راه اندازی و تولید محصول میباشد معطوف شده و به نحو شایان توجه از هزینه های بیمورد و صرف زمان خارج از برنامه تعیین گردیده خواهد کاست.
