      I have worked as an NPI coordinator at Caterpillar`s dealer Barloworld Mongolia LLC for 11 months.Besides my main task at work, I became a certified Contamination control auditor by the CAT.I was nominated as a person to update the whole company's asset information to the CAT.The duties of the NPI coordinator were to ensure listed below: - Researching New Caterpillar machines to announce and deliver proper information to the company. - Work with PSSRs to screen all machine parts and select just crucial which can prevent the machine from a complete shutdown. Gets order approval from the Director of the aftermarket for parts stocking. - Work with the Training department to detect and prepare necessary training for technicians and operators on new machines. - Work with the General manager of the Main-Shop to ensure new tools needed are in place. - Work closely with Technical communicators to resolve issues regarding NPI machines.- Work on all Caterpillar web applications such as Dealer.cat.com, SIMS.cat.com, SIS2.cat.com, MPI.cat.com, HAT.cat.com, etc. Show less
