      OverviewReported to the VP, Retail Ops & Wealth Management and VP, Business Banking. Responsible for providing a wide range of diverse administrative duties, and act as SharePoint’s Gateway content & administration subject matter expert for the region. My activities may be project-based and include research, report preparation and correspondence and liaising with senior management across the region, arranging meetings, and handling of information requests. This position required a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion in handling confidential information. Key Accountabilities:- Responsible for the content, administration, maintenance and support of SharePoint’s Gateway environment for the Chinook Division.- Create and/or enhance custom lists (tracking tools)- Create and/or enhance site Pages- Remain current with SharePoint’s Gateway environment on projects and activities within the region, identifying areas requiring clarification or improvement and deliberates with management for further action.- Act as the SharePoint liaison for the Divisionthe implementation of the established annual divisional plan and initiatives.- Create tools in SharePoint and/Excel to help make it easy for our teams in the branches. i.e. Scorecard calculators and templates - Compile data to support a variety of reporting requirements in areas such as Wealth Management and Commercial Account Management along with generating other regularly scheduled reports for both retail and business banking.- Work closely with both VP's & sometimes President to create solutions for various projects by providing visuals using Excel or tools within SharePoint for tracking purposes. Show less From the beginning of this role my activities were primarily analytical in nature (90-95%), with the other 5-10% being administrative. Although the title of Executive Assistant did not officially change to align to my activities until June of 2016, I have been completing the activities described in the Regional Support Specialist role since June of 2016. - Assist the VPs in managing expense accounts and budgets. - Assist Executive Leadership Team’s (ELT) Executive Assistants in the co-ordination and planning of Annual General Meetings and or other functions by ensuring locations and meal arrangements are booked; prepare and distribute meeting agendas and meeting materials and act as liaison with all involved community contacts and businesses; monitor and record expenditures.- Operate a variety of business machines, including fax, photocopier and mailing equipment to receive, duplicate and distribute administrative material - Oversee, monitor and order office supplies and ensure office equipment is maintained in working order; maintain inventory; make recommendations to the VP residents concerning the need for capital equipment and operating expenditures.
