  As Director of Human Resources for the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, I direct comprehensive human resource and internal training functions for a diverse workforce of approximately 2,600 employees. I lead and direct four functional units within the HR Division: Employee Relations and Benefits, Employment and Compensation, Training and Development, and HR IT Technology. As a unit, we strive to deliver high-quality programs, operations, and services that meet customer needs and business demands that are in compliance with law and policy. Our HR Team provides consultative services to employees and management in the areas of employee relations, performance management, HR strategic planning, conflict resolution, as well as HR policy development and intrepretation.
