  The development of Datatrust, the first TIER III commercial data center with LEED certification in Ciudad Arce, represents a significant milestone in the construction of sustainable and technological buildings. As responsible for subcontracts and BIM coordination management during this project, he played a crucial role in the supervision and execution of the various stages of the work, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the plans and technical specifications. It should be mentioned that I was involved in this project from the construction of the foundations to the last finish. Key Responsibilities:1. Subcontract Management - Supervised a wide range of subcontracts that included painting, installation of fire doors (2UL), metal curtains, glass partitions, among others. This management was essential to ensure that the required standards were met and quality was maintained in each of the internal finishes.2. Construction Supervision - I constantly monitored the activities on site, organizing progress meetings and controlling that all procedures responded to the calculation and ODC reports approved by the client. This included supervising the receipt of work from internal finishing subcontracts and the correct installation of elevators.3. BIM Coordination - The coordination of BIM LOD 350 models was essential for the success of the project. I work hand in hand with BIM modelers, ensuring the integration of structures, architecture and facilities (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and telecommunications). I used tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, to manage this coordination.2. Detection and Resolution of Incidents.3. Quality Control and BIM Deliverables.4.
