-I assisted with lead generation by researching press releases for construction projects thatwould be a good fit for Smart Rock sensors.- Generated Quotes for sensor deals using Salesforce for the sales team. Issued Invoicesonce an Opportunity stage was denoted as closed-won. Along with creating zero-dollarinvoices for repair and replacement cases.- Wrote a business case and worked on project to integrate a business card scanning appfrom the app exchange that would help reduce the cost and time from using a non-integratedsystem (badge scanner) to collect leads when attending tradeshows.- Created custom ticket object to track support requests and then used record types to furtherclassify the different types of requests that were crucial for the manager to better understandthe breakdown of where her agents time was being used.-Setup Giatec 360 Cloud accounts for new customers for support.-Created reports and set up dashboards for the sales team and management based on theirrequirements. Along with problem-solving when issues arose.-I worked on a data management project for sales during Q3. They needed to get all the ENR400 (Top 400 construction companies in North America) Account records in Salesforce tohave accurate info and associate the child accounts (branch offices) with the parent account(Headquarters). I logically broke the problem down, came up with the solution and then usedtrello to manage the work break down structure completing it in 4 weeks.- Used the data loader to assign and update opportunity, account and lead records. Also, move tasks based on the sales team and manager requests.- Improved the invoicing process by drawing the As-Is process flow using lucid chart. Analyzedthe process model for activities that can be automated. Then using the process builder andapproval process in Salesforce streamlined it to decrease processing time from 20 minsto 10 mins.
