Focused on the following:- Deployment of Accenture IO customers to our Managed Services Platform ServiceNow.- operational metrics to include real-time SLA/OLA monitoring and identify opportunities for improvement- leverage best practices for keeping the infrastructure current- leverage best practices for Service Level Objectives- improve ITIL processes and procedures Project Manager within the Accenture Methods and Tools (AMT) group with a focus on providing standardized tools and processes to Accenture consulting engagements and outsourcing units. Leading a globally distributed multi-cultural team of technical developers, content developers, architects, and testers. Cross team collaboration to coordinate planning, delivery, deployment, communications, and operations of program level commitments. Project Manager within the Foundation Software Organization (FSO) within Accenture (named Andersen Consulting during this time). Led a team of technical developers and architects to deliver components of Foundation for Cooperative Processing (FCP) which was a Class A client/server Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool. Technical software developer within the Foundation Software Organization (FSO) within Accenture (named Arthur Andersen and then Andersen Consulting during this time). Began work on INSTALL/1 which was a Class A mainframe CASE tool before advancing to work on FCP as a senior developer. Worked my initial year with a multi-geography team in Italy. Worked three months in 1993 as a phone support specialist for our European customers.
