  I troubleshoot and maintain computers and other IT hardware and software for the University. I also handle all the Audio visual needs for the campus as well as special events. I work on any in house programs that needs to be built. I work with databases and servers and the information in them. Help students with math homework. As an IT intern I help out in area they need. I have reprogrammed phones, Imaged laptops and desktops, run malware and virus scans, and changed toner in printers and copiers. I have also backed up data from hard drives and reinstalled operating systems. I was taught a little about wordpress and php in Ubuntu Linux. I have run diagnostics on computers and worked with Dell to get laptops repaired. I have added faculty and staff to the University domain and done updates for new computers. Keep the grounds of campus clean and beautiful. This entails weed eating and mowing, picking up sticks and debris. I have trimmed bushes and trees. During fall there is leaf blowing, raking, and removing. In winter I help remove ice and snow from storms. I am the secretary for the Executive Council which is the head of the Southern Virginia University Student Association.
