      Designed plans for operation, integration, and management as the Deputy Department Head of Materials Management. Appointed as the Command Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the USNH; surveilled six contracted labor employees assigned to the Storage and Distribution section ensuring performance and inventory accuracy standards were met. Managed a staff of five employees in the positions of Supply Technicians, Purchasing Agents, and a US Navy Corpsman. Designated the Systems Administrator (SA) for the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) IT application platform; primary point of contact for all functional issues and system support for more than 100 DMLSS users throughout the organization.- Contract program recognized as "Outstanding" due to zero discrepancies during the binary Triennial Medical Inspector General (MEDIG) and Joint Commission (JC) inspections.- Administered 20+ service contracts totaling over $1M; certified payment of 150+ invoices valued at $1.4M.- Developed training program and coordinated functional issues and system support for more than 100 users throughout the organization.
