  Started with Allstate June 2008 as a Licensed Insurance Specialist with Jennife Bocrie Seal Agency (Seal Financial Group). Then, promoted to Agency Manager to our 2nd office July 2011. Then, promoted to Sales Manager for all 3 of our agencies in January 2012; primarily working in our main Hampton location. Then promoted to Operations Manager for our agencies September 2014. During my career with Seal Financial Group, I managed a staff of 10 Licensed Sales Producers and 6 Customer Service Representatives for all of our agencies. On June 30, 2014...Jennifer Seal lost her battle to leukemia. I will truly cherish the opportunites and guidance she has awarded me during my 6+ years with her.On December 1, 2014, John Fagan (Fagan Insurance & Financial Services, Inc.) took over our Hampton location.I manage a team of 4 Licensed Sales Producers and 2 Customer Service Representatives. Main objective is to ensure daily operations of the agencies are running smoothly while managing and mentoring the producers to ensure they were meeting and exceeding their sales goals required by Allstate.
