  - Throughout my long career at ST I carried out successfully requirements gathering, business analysis, QA, coordination of several efforts and project managed a number of implementations and migrations form legacy systems of core manufacturing systems costing millions of dollars in which Malta was a pilot. This includes bug and change management on such systems and the management and quality assurance of patch releases.- Responsible for the design, development, release management, maintenance and support of the main reporting systems. These include internally developed web reporting tools used by managers, engineers, operators and corporate entities throughout the company (including 6 international plants, all central divisions and most corporate units). Over 15,000 users with thousands of executions daily. Responsibilities include the management of requests coming from various international plants and release management of these reporting tools.- I was also responsible to co-ordinate daily on-going support of several business systems and integrations. Manage of incidents, implementations of remedial actions and preventions in order to avoid reoccurrence. - I have been in charge of other employees since my 4th year of my career at ST as a team leader and eventually promoted to section manger.
