  This research internship was conducted in cooperation with the HR department of the Dürr Ecoclean headquarters in Monschau, Germany. The main purpose was to identify possible gaps within the current administrative role of HRM and HR as a Business Partner. Finally, it was essential that practical recommendations on strategic HRM were given.
