  Taking orders and control on SAP daily and weekly from customers EDI, portal and mails etc. and publish relevant persons. Taking long-term forecasts from customers (via EDI) and making MPS weekly basis and analyze the fluctuation of orders. Daily, weekly and monthly shipment preparation with planners and packing lines. After complete the shipment contact with carriers to organize the shipment. Also daily working consignment warehouse. Managing our contract warehouse and making their progress on the system, to contact with them via email and phone to control nearly. (France, Barsan warehouse and Poland Lila warehouse) Customers ; Stellantis , FCA, ,Opel, Valeo Service ( Hampton, India , Russia, Japan, Argentina, Mexico) , Isaco (Iran) , Carraro, Erkunt Traktor, Tumosan, CNH (Jesi, Belgium, spare part) Usage of customer portal; PSA Portal, CNH Portal- In 2019 I have started to be responsible planner for new plant of Valeo. In this plant new product started to produce which is DMF ( Dual-mass flywheel) . Almost 1 million for Stellantis (PSA + Opel demand), 350k pcs for Renault and VS , Stellantis' spare part production. When I make production planning for assembly and subassembly lines , I am using Ebtt system (e-build to truck- e-Kanban ). This system provide to make production dedicated invoice numbers according the arranged shipments. Moreover, during the production shipping department can monitor the occupancy rates of the trucks through on the system. -In 2019- 2020 I worked at external warehouse transfer project. Valeo Bursa plant was working with Gefco Lyon warehouse. It replaced with Barsan warehouse. Working with external warehouses is mandatory when trade with Stellantis. This customer have almost 1m orders per year and around 75% orders prepare in Barsan. During the operation, inbound and outbound shipments ,return parts organization, handling, empty packing management, labeling, EDI , aviexp and BL creation etc. implementation completed. Show less
