  - Responsible for setting out various works including, but not limited to: concrete works (walls, foundations, piling, basements, etc), reinforcement, earthworks, brick/blockwork, hard landscaping, retaining structures, steelwork (baseplates), services and drainage systems. - Acted in a project manager role on various sites where I controlled and managed: subcontractors, labour resources, plant resources, material orders and logistics. - Experience using AutoCAD for as-built drawings and drawing alterations for use with Leica robotic total station. - Experience with using two-person and one-person (robotic) Leica total stations for setting out.   I worked as part of the design team and contributed to the analysis and design of building structures for new build and refurbishment projects across the UK.Some of my key responsibilities are listed below.- Work in accordance with the current building regulations, Eurocodes, and structural standards relevant to buildings in the UK.- Design using key structural materials including steel and reinforced concrete.- Communicate and coordinate with key design members from other organisations, such at the Architect and M&E consultants.- Coordination with CAD resources to create construction issue structural drawings. - Check drawings which have been created by specialist sub-contractors / sub-consultants. - Create project specifications.- Answer contractor queries during the construction phase, attend site meetings / visits, and create site inspection reports. . - Use computer software to assist with the design process, including; Tekla Structural Designer, CSC Fastrak Building Designer, RAM Structural Systems, RAM Concept, S-Frame, and Tedds.
