Provides technical assistance, engineering judgements, engineering drawings, advice and troubleshooting concerning various conditions related to passive fire protection applications in both commercial construction and the petrochemical industries. Work in conjunction with Sales & Marketing Department, maintaining literature, estimating tools, guides and product planning/development with focuses on testing and approvals for large-scale, high-profile projects. Maintain compliance with Transparency & Sustainability, Evaluation Service reports, LEED, Emissions Testing, Declare Labels, HPDs, and EPDs. Provide industry leading passive fire protection information to large architecture firms, general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, UL engineers, inspectors, and fire protection engineers. Member of industry task groups conducted by UL to address industry topics and the development of fire resistive materials for commercial and industrial construction. Additional responsibilities include product training seminars for Isolatek International & the NFCA.
