Led to the development and support of entire software tool chain of IMC, i.e., OptiCM tool chain. My team include two sites, Beijing and Shanghai, include 20+ senior engineers and architecture. We mainly support all global sites. Our users include all R&D teams and external customer include Nokia, Samsung Huawei, ZTE and Lenovo etc.2. Travel to Germany Singapore and Shanghai many times. Led to the training and technical support to development team, involve git/gerrit tool chain etc. 3. My responsibility includes project management and people management. Team target is support SW development community in timely delivering quality software. 4. Support development team successfully roll out 2014 LTE Platform XMM 7260 , Intel dual-core Atom processor platform Clover Trail+, Smart phone Lenovo K900 and some tablets which based on high-end Z2580 chip based on Atom platform。5. My team’s mainly tasks include support and product/tools development. Our support includes questions (how do I…), issues (this is not working…), requests (unblock branch abc…).   华为2012实验室 开发工具部 负责智能开发工具的研发和管理1. 基于人工智能的CodeBot智能编程助手，负责项目端到端的交付。该助手实现了智能检测代码踩踏，智能代码搜索，智能代码检查和自动修复等特性2. 主导开发华为快应用IDE，全栈开发与环境服务工具IDEA。3. 负责终端手机开发环境和工具的场景构建、痛点研究、解决方案设计，支持持续交付流水线搭建和工具链优化方案研究等。4.负责AR/VR/AI相关特性和产品开发，作为项目总负责人完成需求分析，架构设计，关键算法实现，版本迭代管理，部门拉通，全量测试，上线和运维等端到端的交付工作。产品包含了动作识别，表情识别，人体人脸建模等关键技术。5. 为部门做git/gerrit开发和流程管理培训，提高了部门整体持续集成和交付水平1、 Led to Huawei mobile terminal development environment and tool-chain set up. Include:key requirement’s reports, solution design, continues delivery pipeline creation and tool chain optimization.2、 Led to project: Codebot---intelligent programming assistant. Responsible for end to end delivery from product requirement analysis, architecture design, CI, CD to operation and maintenance. The product can analyze if new code’s modification would impact the requirements or bug fix list before, intelligent code inspecting and bug fix automatically.3、 Led to E2E program: Huawei fastApp IDE development and full stack development tool chain-IDEA4、 Led to AR/VR/AI related project and features’ development. As projects’ leader, finished all the lifecycle of the projects include: requirement’s analysis, key arithmetic implementation, version iteration management, departments’ communication, overall testing, roll out and operation etc. Product features include: posture/face recognition, body/face modeling, endpoint/edge detection etc.5、 Training all staff as topic: git/gerrit feature delivery tool chain and process management, improve the overall CI/CD level of our developers.
