  At Dow Jones, I was fortunate to shape the department's culture by mentoring and developing a junior staff while executing migration P2V with a $850K budget, managing design to build of virtual datacenter, migrating 1200+ production servers to virtual servers, delivering a month ahead of schedule and achieving $225K in annual savings. I also upgraded Citrix XenApp migration, working with project sponsors to develop project charter and identify stakeholders while leading all phases including scoping, design, development, testing, rollout and user support. My work involved executing the design and deployment of Citrix production and development farms for internal and external client application for offshore support and developer teams. I performed the initial datacenter migration assessment; migrated production, staging and development servers including MS Exchange, IIS Web, Application, AD, DNS, DHCP, and file and print servers; and resolved issues between teams while managing off-boarding of resources. I also collaborated on proposals for current and potential clients for mergers, acquisitions and advisory services and completed multiple enterprise-wide Implementations, leading and delivering small-to-large projects, offering end-to-end-solutions aligned with business needs, including: ✔ Overseeing EMC NAS CIFS to NetApp data migration including UAT, print server migration, and VMware desktop cluster upgrade✔ Implementing Trend Micro enterprise virus protection application for server, deploying monthly MS security patch using third party application and scripts to deploy patches on local and remote sites worldwide✔ Designing & implementing a disaster recovery datacenter, including HP, Dell and IBM Blade server infrastructure for business-critical print publication and circulation applications✔ Architecting active directory infrastructure and migrating Windows NT 4.0 domains to Windows 2000 active directory forest and domains Show less
