  For many years I have been working i the field Development of Higher Education as Project Manager and Special Advisor. Some Projects are decribed below. The Board of Directors at SDU established a small semi-autonomies unit for radical innovation of learning and education. This unit plan and do tests and experiments using Future Learning Technology and Methods to find ways to extend students academic, social and personal potential. My job is to facilitate these tests and continue to seek knowledge and experiences in the field for Future Learning. The Board of Directors at SDU initiated a strategic visionary project called Future Higher Education for 2015, and I was one of three Special Advisors for the Board. Some af the activities once a month were visiting Silicon Valley Companies and Universities, several seminars og guest researchers in Play and Learn, Learning and Physical Activity, Competition in HE, Future Job Marked and Competencies. The project resulted in establishing a unit for radical educational innovation.

  The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences wants to develop and strengthen the study- and learning environment for both students and teachers at SDU Slagelse. My job is to initiate and work hard with this process and facilitate activities to support both students, teachers and other staff.
