Some key features include: 10 state-of-the-art operating rooms, 14 additional PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) beds, 64 private ICU (Intensive Care Unit) rooms on third, fourth, fifth, sixth floors, and Helipad at the roof level.2. Four Story Bridge Connector a. Duration: 2009-2010 b. Project Cost: $14 Million c. Location: Baltimore, MD d. Scope of Work: The project consist of a new 4-story connecting link above the 3rd floor roof of the Weinberg Building, to connect the shock Trauma Center with the Weinberg Building. The area of each floor is approximately 1,425 sq feet. There, the total new square footage will be approximately 5,700 gross square feet.3. Three story below grade parking garage a.
