Coordinating between the contractors and report any problem may delay the work to the owner.5. Compare the financial orders with actual accomplishment on the ground and report any comments if found and must review with the owner before signing the order.6. Report to the management in case of meeting they should attend to take their decision.7. Writing all down the notes related to quality of Engineers whether the ones related to the consultant office or those related to contractors.8.
