      This job provided me the opportunity to work full time while finishing college. While working this role I assisted in network equipment moves, expansions and dissolves of field sites throughout the United States. I coordinated installations and deactivations of various telephony and network services, assisted in purchasing and configuring of technology equipment for field sites, and re-designed and re-organized technical documentation. I also provided training to inform field sites of important changes and how to work with new equipment received. Show less

Within this role I continued to analyze business process information to facilitate business application development on key projects to enhance systems and processes. I assisted with development and implementation of a department strategic vision that related to automation and technology initiatives and supported the direction and deployment of business applications within the department.       Policyholder Service Excellence Award Society Insurance 2017 An company created award that is given out quarterly to individuals dedicated to protecting our policyholders' dreams, passions and livelihoods. I received this award after completing a few continuous improvement projects in 2017. One of which allowed a department to enter the paperless world saving the company almost $200,000.
