  Worked with lead growers gaining experience in management practices, plant health and care, irrigation, and general operational duties. My main task was a small field study on the use of different rates of fertilizer in an effort to reduce grow time on short term fast selling ornamental plants.

  Promoted to Pre Inspection Manager (PIM). Oversaw daily operations along with Co-PIMS leading vegetation projects for PGE. Led a team of 5-20 vegetation management inspectors, assigning tasks, planning production timelines, troubleshooting in field problems, database management. Utilized environmental, biological knowledge in a field setting. Inspected high fire risk areas for at risk trees and or trees breaking electrical utility compliances.
