  As a Crypto Maintenance Technician I maintained, modified, repaired and installed all data and voice communications known to the Air Force inventory. During my assignment in Charleston, SC, I was one of only two individuals, Air Force wide, to complete training on all equipment in the Air Force inventory and was tasked with the . I received a perfect rating on my evaluation two years in a row. Provide security for all priority resources including top secret materials and nuclear resources. As an Alarm Monitor I used monitoring and test equipment to maintain a secure, impenetrable barrier against intrusion and observation. I adhered to policy and procedure at the highest level of enforcement with no margin for error. During my time as a security specialist I was part of a security team that achieved the highest award possible: Outstanding Security Unit of the Year in 1985.

  Production of product from raw materials to finished product. As a Thermoformer I used computerized and manual adjustments to complete thermoform process at a narrow temperature window of 700 degrees F +/- 50 degrees. Used computerized tracking of all materials to identify the smallest amount of spoilage. While operating as a thermoformer, I helped increase the productivity of the process by 300% in just 14 months.I was part of a team that developed the operating parameters of a specialized 1/2 million dollar thermoform machine used to increase production 12 times the speed of the original rate.While performing duties as a material handler I assisted in the formation of a supply plan that improved monitoring and tracking of materials and spoilage. This plan increased efficiency of resupply to accommodate increased production from 100 units in an 8 hour shift to 300 units a shift. Show less
