Responsible for the strict compliance of all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and personnel policies by all divisions by conducting routine supervision and follow through. Formalize strategy and establish business plan to optimize sales, margin, profits and manage shrinkage.Involve in the analysis and forecast of market trend to assist store to stay ahead of competition.Ensure all merchandising, corporate strategies and directives are implemented and executed with excellence to achieve operating effectiveness.Ensure each department manage their inventory level and stock holding days without affecting product availability at selling floor to optimize sales.Ensure adherence to HR policies at store level to maintain a well coordinated and cohesive organization structure.Conduct daily walk-through of the store, roll call, briefing and communication daily to inform staff of key objectives, customer feedback, and sales comparison and to ensure operations runs smoothly.Provide appropriate coaching and support to the team to develop a high performance team. (Pasteurisation Plant UVAS)Organoleptic Tests (Taste, Smell and Color), Qualitative Tests (Temperature test, Clots on boiling (COB), pH, Acidity test, Alcohol precipitation test, Salt test), Quantitative Tests (Fat test, Lactometer reading for SNF and TS) Adulteration Tests (Starch test, Glucose test, Detergent test, Sugar test, Urea test). I also performed various test in quality control lab to line monitoring of the different products and ensure the best quality of the end products. (Fat percentage test , Moisture percentage test ,SNF percentage test, Free fatty Acid test, RMV test, Crude Protein test).I did micro testing of various end products and raw milk. Pour plate method (Total plate count , Salmonella and shigella , Coliform count, Yeast and moulds). Streaking method (E.coli for yogurt). Gram staining: Microbiology lab is combining with another lab where the different test of consumable materials and packaging material of any consignment arrived and we are performed. The main responsibility of this lab is to monitor the quality of different products in different intervals every product is stored at cold stores and every product is inspected every day and inspection is continue for 5 days and final report is submitted to Q/A department.
