EDS relocated approximately 600 homeowner and 2,600 non-homeowner moves annually.ACCOMPLISHMENTSUpdated the hiring practice for the relocation accounting positions, restructured corporate general ledger accounts for faster and more accurate reporting, automated data feeds to payroll for imputed relocation earnings, automated online processing of relocation expense reports, assisted with implementing in-house relocation system, participated in successful launch of bringing the relocation homeowner program in-house. The automated relocation system and in-house homeowner program resulted in $2 million annual cost savings.
