  Analysis phase:The company Lisso Ingeniería presented some concerns about their inventory management system which we found to have the following deficiencies: • the lack of a reliable registry generated misunderstandings with customers which often led to losses of equipment • preparing orders was tedious and prone to mistakes • it relied on printed spreadsheets which generated waste of paper and inkSolutions phase:After considering several alternatives we decided to create a mobile/web app for employees with the use of Google Appsheet. Important features: • Allows users to check the current and previous location, the date of shipment and the date of return of all the rented equipment (more than 1000 items) • Exports receipts in PDF format, which can then be sent to customers.
