From June 2003 to April 2004.- Design a new Distribution Network to jointly supply Mahou and San Miguel brands for Retail distribution channel.- Develop a Business Case for logistics improvement opportunities modifying transport flows and distribution. - Select and evaluate optimal logistics operator for the new distribution network. - Evaluate costs and service level.
