One of my most significant achievements was to be part of the design team for the upgrade of the Boeing 777 to the Long Range (LR) variant. Additional major project work included the maintenance and design improvements on military transport and logistics aircraft for the RAF, including C-130K, E-3D Sentry and L-1011 Tri-Star. Using CAD software for jig & tool design. General help for various manufacturing departments on computers & use of software. Schedule and coordination of manufacturing and assembly processes. Component manufacture planning. Manufacture of tooling and structural components for Aircraft and Specialist Vehicles.
