  As a Field Recruiting Manager, I was responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for all Field Management positions in 67 centers across 10 states. This included sourcing candidates, initial screenings, scheduling interviews, coordinating background check and making the official offer. I helped to develop strategic plans with operations partners to drive applicant numbers and strengthen our bench (including planning career events, attending college fairs & traveling to markets for direct recruiting). I also helped lead the recruiting efforts for multiple new center acquisitions/grand openings.
