      I was the single point of contact for business stakeholders and drive project from inception to retirement. In this role, I also stepped into the shoe of a Product Owner and lead a SCRUM team of 10 members for implementing an enterprise solution. Business Process Analysis:-The organisation was trying to create a forecasting model to predict future client opportunity but the input data was scattered across siloed databases with low data quality, resulting in minimal prediction accuracy and difficulty gaining any insight.-Evaluated the current data flows and AS-IS process to retrieve the data and decided to establish a master data management system to create a golden source for client data thus increasing the availability of quality data across the enterprise.-This enabled teams to identify data anomalies and improve the data quality by 39% and increased the prediction models accuracy from 23% to 79%.Multiple Stakeholder Engagement-This project involved multiple stakeholders who were business sponsors, owners of siloed systems and integrated downstreams and getting all of them to on an aligned visions and expectation was a challenge.-I quickly setup presentations, channels with owners of integrated systems to align them on the changes to made and held collaborative problem solving sessions to address all questions and created a well communicated plan with all the tasks, allocations, test cases and timelines. -The alignment helped in getting successful sign-off from 10+ downstreams system.Business Requirement Documentation-There was no enterprise level documentation available for data flows, data transformation rules. This led too much to & fro between multiple systems just to understand the basic flows and systems.-I used MS Visio extensively to capture the existing data flows, processes to create a repository. Enabling ease in communication with multiple stakeholders and in Jira user stories to tie them to the business requirements to be built.
