  From 2012/5 till 2013/10, I am working as a HR & Admin Specialist and Receptionist at HaBA (Ningbo）International Trading Corporation.Firstly, to be a HR specialist, I am mainly responsible for the procedures arrangement for the new workers entering and the workers who would leave this company, preparing for the new workers training, the arrangement for the new workers’ materials and updating the new workers’ information; for the recruiting part, I am responsible for the communication between the departments and understanding the workers requirements, besides, I am also responsible for the resumes screening and calling to the candidates for interviews and have an English interview with the candidate, helping the department managers to have an interview and preparing for the interview results; I am still doing the job of daily attendance for each week and month.Secondly, for the administration job, I am responsible for the daily using and office using’ purchasing; as for the company’s department activity and seasons’ activity, I am the one who has to prepare the trivial things for the whole travel, like bus renting, tickets booking and etc. What’s more, I am also responsible for updating the company’s assets.While to be a receptionist, the most important job for me is to accept the foreign colleagues when they come to shanghai office.
